Classic Contracting is a minority-owned construction firm specializing in commercial construction services. We proudly partner with several of the region’s premier General Contractors, providing reliable support on projects throughout North Carolina, from Boone to Wilmington.

Since entering the industry in 2000, Classic Contracting has been a trusted partner on a wide range of commercial janitorial and construction projects. We have consistently provided clients with comprehensive services tailored to meet their unique needs. Patricia, brings over 3 decades of dedicated experience in leadership and management in commercial construction. Passionate about creating opportunities and delivering dependable results, Patricia leads with purpose while driving projects forward from concept to completion.

Marisha Head of Prequalifications oversees contractor prequalification processes, compliance documentation, and client onboarding. With a deep understanding of industry requirements, she plays a critical role in positioning the company for new opportunities and partnerships.

Our newest member, Kierra, serves as Executive Administrator, providing high-level administrative support and operational coordination across leadership and project teams. She plays a key role in streamlining daily operations, managing communications, and supporting company initiatives.
